German Chocolate Master selection in Cologne in November 2008

The "Haus & Wohnen" exhibition in Cologne will once again host the German selection for the World Chocolate Masters. During this two-day contest only dedicated to chocolate and "Haute Couture", each contestant will have to prepare :

 One chocolate showpiece, fitting the theme of "Haute Couture"
 One moulded & one dipped praline
 One chocolate pastry
 One gastronomic chocolate dessert
 One small showpiece from the “Mystery Box”

Date  : 22-23 November 2008
Location : Haus & Wohnen exhibition, Koelnmesse, Cologne (Germany)
