Four participants for the Dutch Chocolate Masters have been selected.
Top level competition expected for November 2010.
A professional jury has preselected the participants for the upcoming Dutch national selection of the World Chocolate Masters. This Dutch national selection will be held on 6 and 7th November 2010 in the Chocolate Academy in Zundert.
The jury is composed of Adriaan van Haarlem, Alexandre Boudeaux, Philippe Bertrand and Jurgen Koens. They are looking forward to this fantastic event. The contestants are experienced confectionery’s. They will work with innovation and different techniques to create the finest showpieces during the pre-selection.
The three preselected contestants for the Dutch Chocolate Masters 2010 are:
- Rene Huisman - Confectionery
- Fank Haasnoot – Dutch Confectionery Team
- Daniel Jongsma - Dutch Confectionery Team
The national champion will also defend Holland at the world wide finals in October 2011.
