Belgian Chocolate Master

On 26-27 September 2010 Barry Callebaut organises the Belgian selection for the “World Chocolate Masters 2011”, the prestigious competition that focuses on craftsmanship and creativity with chocolate. This competition will be organised at the Belgian Bakery Event (BBE) in Brussels.

Besides the selection of the “Belgian Chocolate Master 2011”, we organise for the very first time also the “Junior World Chocolate Masters”. This will be the competition for students of Belgian professional schools. Six schools are sending in their best student to represent them and to compete for the title of “Junior Belgian Chocolate Master 2010”.

This year, the artisans in the big competition will not only battle for the recognition and the nice prize-package we know from previous editions… they will also have the possibility to win a car! The ‘Belgian Chocolate Master 2010’ will be driving one year in a Renault Kangoo car, fully designed in the WCM-colours.
