Ingredients

250 g White wine
42    g White molasses
50    g Sugar
8      g Orange rasp
10    g Basilicum
650 g White chocolate Callebaut W2NV

Working method:
Boil the wine with the white molasses, the sugar and the orange rasp and stir smooth with the
chocolate. And finally add the cut basilicum.
