Veronique Rousseau Canada
Veronique Rousseau will represent Canada for the World Finals in Paris 2011
Chef Rousseau has spent most of her time in the province of Quebec honing her skills and is currenlty working as a chocolatier in the chocolaterie Choco Daisy in Drummondville. Veronique's passion for the culinary acts and gastronomie are evident in the "art of chocolate" which she demonstrated so beautifully at the competition. She feels lucky that on a daily bais she is able to continually develop her passion to provide creative and tasty pleasures for her customers.
Veronique studied at Marie-River in Drummondville where she achieved several certificates as a culinary chef and in pastry. She will continue to pursue her passion of learning more about the art of chocolate and pastry in preparation for the worldwide competition where she will face off against top competitors from around the world.
