Davide Comaschi is the Italian Chocolate Master. He knew from
early age that he wanted to be an artisan in pastry. He started his
secondary school in bakery pastry institute in Milan at CAPAC at
the age of thirteen years.
Since there, he found in love deeply with this wonderful job. Together with Enzo Santoro, owner of the pastry shop ''Pasticceria Martesana'', a professional father for Davide, started to enlarge his knowledge as patissier and chocolatier.
The passion grew more and more and after different professional experience, in May 2007 he returned there, to the origins as head pastry chef . He has in-depth knowledge and work techniques and attended master classes with CAST Alimenti.
Despite his young age he was able to compete in many Italian and international competitions. In March 2010 he realized one of his most striving dreams, becoming associate member of AMPI, association reknowed in Italy as to be a benchmark in the pastry and confectionary industry.
