“My advice for the contestants would be to read and understand the rules carefully, because it’s easy to assume that something is expected, when in reality it isn't. Also, when you start something and convince yourself it’s the best, make sure it truly is. Have a coach that’s really involved when you’re training, a person that knows what it takes to prepare for this type of competition.”
