On 6 December 7 talented chefs will take on the Futropolis challenge during the Middle East preselection of the World Chocolate Masters.

08:00 - Start of competition
12:00 - Tasting and judging of the patisserie
14:00 - Tasting and judging of chocolate snack to go
18:00 - Presentation and evaluation of the Showpiece | End of Competition Time for the contestants
19:00 - Proclamation & Cocktail
