THE SOUTH KOREAN NATIONAL SELECTION, A SPECTACULAR CHOCOLATE BATTLE

Imaginative and skilled contestants stepped into the spotlight to give life to the National Selection of South Korea. The goal? Earning the World Finalist title to represent the country in the upcoming World Final of World Chocolate Masters.

Chef Lee Seung Yun presided over the jury panel, which included renowned names such as Kim Eunhye, Jiro Tanaka, Park Yong Joo, and Kim Min Chul. They took on the task of evaluating each creation according to each assignment's detailed requirements, scoring the best-looking and tasting out of them all.

Lee Sanghwa was crowned the winner after presenting the jury with designs that were a feast for the eyes, and flavour pairings that were a celebration for the senses.

With South Korea's winner as the last World Finalist, we are now looking forward to the WCM World Final. The final chocolate battle that will crown the best chocolate chef in the world!
