About the National Selection
7 extremely talented Italian chefs braved the stage at their national qualifying round. 7 chefs. But only 1 of them was to take home the title and become Italy’s next Chocolate Master.
The day was marked by intense chocolate flavours and a deep understanding of what #TMRW_TASTES_LOOKS_FEELS_LIKE. Natural, plant-based, but above all: rich indulgence that treats the taste buds to a wide range of pleasures.
Each of the contestants managed to surprise and delight the jury of experts. For one day, Italy became the centre of the chocolate world as the chefs showed how to integrate the beauty of complex and timeless Italian flavours into the chocolate craft.
In the end, only 1 chef could take home the crown. A huge congratulations to Anna Gerasi! We cannot wait to see how he’ll push our other finalists to bring their absolute best to the world stage.
