Between January 2017 and January 2018, national qualifying rounds for the 2017/18 World Chocolate Masters will be held in 21 countries all over the world. During an 8-hour competition, we ask competing chefs to create and/or present 3 assignments to our jury. Part of the creations can be prepared at home – part of them need to be prepared or assembled live.
Each assignment should reflect the competition theme: chefs will have to incorporate it into their selection of ingredients, in the flavours they create, in the shapes and presentations they come up with… In short: their personal interpretation and creativity in taking up these challenges are what really matters.
