Jingjing's cake design is inspired by railway tracks, reflecting its adventurous nature. It's made to replenish energy during trips. For her Chocolate Travel Cake, she used Cacao Barry Extra-bitter Guayaquil 64%, Remy Martin Brandy, vanilla, almonds, hazelnuts, lemon juice, honey and pistachio flavours.
