Japanese chef Jiro Tanaka believes we should all take allergies into account when making pastries and desserts. Sharing is only possible when everyone can enjoy it. That is why he made this #SHARE without any of the world’s most-common allergens. He even replaced the traditional animal-based fresh cream with a brand-new rice-based product he developed.
