Korean Chocolate Master Eun-Hye Kim created a pistachio & cocoa nibs crunch on the outside, with a smooth ganache in the middle. Ingredients: cinnamon, dried figs, dried apricot, Tahiti vanilla bean, amarena Cherry, Cacao Barry Ambre Java 36% and Cacao Barry Pure Hazelnut Paste 100%.
