About the National Selection
All 5 contestants of the French National Selection showed incredible skill and precision throughout the competition. They all took their unique approach to what #TMRW will taste, look and feel like. Their creative visions, versatile creations and hard work turned this competition into a real culinary fest for our jury members.
Chef Antoine Carréric came out as the well-deserved winner and will defend the nation of France during the prestigious WCM World Finals in 2022.
