The Dutch national selection was a bit different. We not only had chef Carlo Midiri battling for a spot in the 2022 World Chocolate Masters finals. But also saw 4 young talented chefs proving themselves worthy of consideration in next year’s competition.
So what does #TMRW_TASTES_LOOKS_FEELS_LIKE according to the Dutch? As it turns out, fresh, fruity and filled with smooth chocolate flavours. Cacao Barry Alto el Sol once again took centre stage shaping the chocolate creations, small, large and bold.
The IJscentrum in the Netherlands saw delight after delight, resulting in a happy, hungry and impressed jury - and an incredibly joyeus winner of the Dutch chocolate competition.
