Polish-Hungarian national selection

The main conclusion of the jury during the Polish & Hungarian national selections of the World Chocolate Masters, was that each and every contestant had raised the bar for all national selections to come. Their creative visions, the use of colour with chocolate and refreshing ideas about taste combinations and the use of flavour-enhancing textures were taking chocolate patisserie and snacks to the next level.
