Highlights
Russian national selection

The Chocolate Academy of Moscow was packed with people to see our 7 chocolate chefs live in action. With ruthless determination to look beyond the conventional rules of chocolate, our Russian contestants delighted both the jury and the audience. With each round, tension in the room rose. Their rebellious drive to bring something new to the table created an inspiring environment that immediately made this competition one to remember. Here’s a little glimpse inside the chef’s kitchen.
