EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE LATAM NATIONAL SELECTION

It was an intense day for the chefs competing for the title of LATAM's World Finalist. These contestants gave it their best shot at creating incredible and delicious assignments while on an extremely tight deadline.

The jury president, Flavio Federico, and all other experienced jury members had the arduous task of grading each creation based on the initial prompt. Although design and the expression of the WCM theme were key, taste came before all.

From inspiring combinations to designs you would think impossible, different creations with chocolate at the heart took over this National Selection. Beautiful executions and innovative approaches were displayer by all competing chefs, but only one could take home the crown of World Finalist. Congratulations Abner Ivan! This is the chef who will represent the region in the World Final.
