HOW DO YOU FEEL RIGHT NOW?

I’m actually speechless right now. I honestly can’t find the words to express myself. I’m so incredibly honoured and happy to win this title! Feels like all my dreams are coming true. I’ve always watched previous editions of the World Chocolate Masters, dreaming of competing myself one day.

HOW DID YOU PREPARE YOURSELF?

The competition’s theme was quite the challenge. You really need to free your imagination and break barriers to be able to create your vision of the future. It took a lot of time and hard work. But I believe that passion and love for what you do will always be rewarded in the end.

NOW YOU’VE MADE IT TO THE FINAL, WHAT’S YOUR NEXT GOAL?

Honouring my country. It won’t be an easy task, but I’ll be working hard to get there.
