The Italian National Selection was display of pure talent

What an incredible display of talent. This is what the Italian National Selection looked like: a combination of passion, creativity, and breathtaking chocolate skills. All four contestants poured their heart and efforts into making creations that would impress the jury members with their take on the WCM theme: Play!

By having fun with ingredients, flavours, and textures, creations that are good for people and good for the planet have come to life. The jury had the tough work of evaluating each assignment with extreme detail. The contestant with the top score will be appointed the new Italian World Finalist, and will be representing the country in the World Final of World Chocolate Masters in 2025.
