What a performance by chef Quentin Guirao! He came out on top at the Swiss Chocolate Masters by combining skill, flavours, an amazing sense of play and a true feeling for the future of chocolate and this planet.


His every creation held a simple yet powerful message: the world of chocolate will only change if we change with it. And if we don't then there might not be a future left. His beautiful designs are ultimately what convinced the jury to give him the gold. But the true challenge only just begins for the Swiss chef. The road to the World Final in 2025 starts right now!
