Igor Zaritskyi
Polish Chocolate Master

Born in 1983, near Kyiv, Igor grew up under his mother’s influence, head of confectionery in a local bakery. His childhood dream was to become a chef, a dream that came true with chocolate. After gaining experience with baking and chocolate, Igor found his place as pastry chef in La Maison Warsaw and then in 2019 he started pastry school “Warsaw Academy of Pastry Arts” by Sempre, where he teaches people to make variety of confectionery including work with chocolate.
