20 NATIONAL QUALIFYING ROUNDS

During our national qualifying rounds, held in 20 countries between January 2017 and January 2018, chefs and chocolatiers got to showcase their talent and skills to a global audience, the press, foodies and bloggers. From those 20 national selections, one finalist per country has been chosen to represent his or her nation during the World Final held at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris.
